Reviews and Ratings
On my stay at the hotel, I found the rooms to be a mix of experiences: on the first night, we had a clean but uncomfortable lumpy bed, yet on our second stay, the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were generally clean, quiet, and had hot water for showers, although one room lacked a TV remote. The location was perfect for those who love exploring the Old Quarter, with easy access to popular eateries and coffee spots. The service was outstanding, especially when they took us to report stolen items. However, the dining options were limited, offering mainly quick breakfast choices. Overall, a good value with excellent service, but some room for improvement in the facilities and dining areas.
The hotel was in an ideal location for diving straight into Hanoi's Old Quarter, offering clean and spacious rooms. The staff were super helpful but the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a great value for the money.
